- 375 milliliters white wine
- 5 Tbsps Rose syrup
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- Juiced, 1/2 lemon Limes
- Rose petal (for serving)

Preparation steps
1.
Score peaches crosswise and blanch in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, drain and rinse in cold water, peel.

Combine white wine with rose syrup and vanilla sugar, bring to a boil. Add peaches and poach gently for 3-4 minutes. Add lime juice and remove from heat. Let peaches cool in syrup.
3.
Arrange peaches on plates, sprinkle with rose petals and serve.
