- 8 Peaches
- 1 Orange
- ½ lemon
- 175 grams sugar
- 500 milliliters white wine
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 10 mint

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and peel peaches. Cut orange and lemon into thin slices. Place peaches into a wide saucepan, add sugar and wine. Slit vanilla pod lengthwise, scrape out seeds and add both to the pan. Place citrus slices on top of peaches. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes on very low heat. Remove from heat and let peaches cool in syrup.

Arrange peaches with citrus slices and some syrup on plates, garnish with mint. Serve.
