Preparation steps

1.

For the pizza dough, mix together flour, salt and oil in a bowl.

2.

Stir yeast with 150 ml (approximately 2/3 cup) of lukewarm water until smooth. Add to the flour and knead with the dough hook of an electric mixer into a smooth, pliable dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.

3.

Roll out dough on lightly oiled baking sheet. The edges can be thicker.

For the topping, chop the capers and mix with the crushed tomatoes and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.

4.

Evenly spread 3/4 of the sauce on the dough. Peel onions and cut into rings. Drain and crumble tuna. Mix together tuna and onions and sprinkle over the tomato sauce. Drizzle with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 225°C (approximately 435°F) for 25-30 minutes. Serve immediately.
