2 lemons
6 Cardamom
1 kilogram jam sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and quarter the pineapple. Remove the core and finely dice. Peel the mango, and cut the flesh away from the stone. Puree and pass through a fine strainer. Dqueeze the lemons. Crush the cardamom pods and remove the seeds.

2.

Mix everything with the sugar and cardamom seeds in a pot, and bring to a boil. Cook for 4-5 minutes.

3.

Fill the jam into prepared jars, seal tightly, and turn upside down. Turn right side up and cool completely.
