- 1 green chili pepper
- 4 Mangoes
- 3 Limes
- 25 grams Pectin
- 350 grams brown sugar
- 3 Tbsps Rum

Preparation steps

Rinse and halve the chilis. Remove the seeds and finely dice. Peel the mangos, remove the fruit from the stone, and finely dice. Halve the lime and squeeze the juice.

Place the fruit, chili peppers, and lime juice in a large pan. Mix the pectin and the sugar, and add to the fruit mixture. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cook for 4 minutes until the jam begins to thicken. Remove the pan from the heat, and mix in the rum. Transfer the jam into the prepared jars. Seal tightly, turn upside down, and cool completely.
