1 kilogram ripe Pineapple (from 2-3 pineapples)
1 kilogram jam sugar (1:1 ratio)
Juice of 1 lemons

Preparation steps

1.

Finely dice the pineapple. Try your best to save any juice that is created when you dice the pineapple. Mix the pineapple with reserved pineapple juice, lemon juice, and jam sugar. 

2.

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 4 minutes, continuing to stir. Fill the prepared jars to the brim with the hot jam. Seal tightly and turn upside down to cool for 15 minutes. Turn right side up and cool completely.
