1 Tbsp sugar
1 sprig fresh Tarragon

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the scallions, then blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes. 

2.

Add the scallions to a jar. Add the spices, vinegar, water, tarragon, and sugar to a saucepan and bring to a boil. 

3.

Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the scallions. Seal tightly and let infuse for at least 1 week before serving.
