- 2 Persimmon
- 1 small Grapefruit
- 5 ozs Orange juice
- 1 handful Ice cubes
- 8 ozs Coconut water

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the persimmon, remove the stem, and cut into pieces. Peel the grapefruit thoroughly (making sure to remove all of the bitter white pith), and cut into pieces.
Puree the persimmon, grapefruit, orange juice, and ice cubes in a blender.
Add the coconut water, making sure that the mixture is still thick and creamy.

Pour into glasses and serve.
