Peppery Chicken Tenders
Hot Peppercorn Sauce Alternatively, for a more family-friendly version, stir the crushed peppercorns into 200 ml / 7 fl. oz double (heavy) cream and simmer until thickened.
Coat the chicken with oil, then press peppercorns onto both sides and season.
Heat a griddle pan and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side until cooked through. Leave to rest.
Mix the yoghurt with the cucumber and seasoning.
Serve the chicken sliced with the yoghurt dressing spooned alongside with some salad.
