1 Small pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Large knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Small bowl

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Grease a large baking tray.

Mix together the breadcrumbs, cornflakes, cheese and salt. Mix well.
3.
Put the melted butter in a bowl for dipping.
4.
Dip the chicken pieces into the melted butter, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
5.
Place the chicken pieces on the baking tray in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes until crisp and golden and the chicken is cooked.
