2 red onions
1 Lettuce
200 grams Feta
4 Tbsps Wine vinegar
6 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse peppers adn cut in half, remove seeds and ribs, cut into thin strips. Peel onions and cut into thin rings. Rinse and dry lettuce, tear into bite-sized pieces.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Crumble feta cheese and sprinkle over salad. Combine vinegar and oil, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle dressing over salad. Arrange salad on plates and serve accompanied by white bread.
