Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Mix the tomatoes with the vinegar, olive oil, chili sauce, and thyme leaves in a bowl. Let the mixture infuse for 30 minutes.

Cook the penne in boiling salted water according to the package directions until al dente. Heat a large nonstick skillet over high heat, add the tomato mixture, and cook briefly.

Drain the penne thoroughly, then mix into the pan with the tomatoes. Toss to combine, then arrange on plates. Sprinkle with the pumpkin seeds and serve.
