1 can Diced tomatoes
4 Tbsps Tomato paste
2 Tbsps Ketchup
2 Tbsps Whipped cream
salt

1 Tbsp chopped Basil
2 small Zucchini
1 tsp olive oil
Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta until al dente in plenty of boiling salted water.

Wash the zucchinis, slice and cook in the olive oil without browning. Add the tomato paste, 100 ml (approximately 1/3 cup) of water, the diced tomato and the ketchup and bring to a boil while stirring. Add the basil and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Drain the pasta. Mix the heavy cream and the pasta into the sauce. To serve, arrange on plates and garnish with basil.

4.

Serve with grated cheese at the table.
