2 Tbsps finely chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Blanch broccoli in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.

Peel and finely chop garlic, crush chile peppers. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic and chile peppers for a few seconds, add parsley, drained pasta and broccoli. Toss well and season with salt to taste. Arrange on plates and serve.
