2 ⅔ cups small peas (frozen)

Preparation steps

Peel and thinly slice the onion. Finely dice the bacon and fry in a frying pan until the fat runs. Add the onion and sweat with the bacon until translucent. Whisk together the mustard and wine. Add the peas to the pan, sweat briefly and season with salt and white pepper. Add the wine and mustard mixture and the cream, cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the thyme and check the seasoning.
