4 Cod (about 200 grams each)
2 Tbsps lemon juice
salt
freshly ground peppers
100 grams butter
100 milliliters white wine
1 Tbsp Mustard
2 Tbsps parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Sprinkle cod fillets with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Coat a baking dish with half of the butter. Pour in half of the white wine. Place cod fillets in dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake on the center rack of an oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 400°F), 10-12 minutes.

3.

In a wide-mouthed pot, melt remaining butter. Mix in remaining white wine and mustard and heat briefly. Divide fish fillets among warmed plates, top with mustard-butter and sprinkle with parsley.
