500 grams Quark
2 Tbsps Vanilla syrup
3 Tbsps Whipped cream (at least 30% fat)
2 ripe Pear
4 centiliters Rum (or non-alcoholic rum)
2 sprigs mint
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

In a bowl, stir together the quark, the syrup and the cream. Rinse, quarter and core the pears. Set 1 of the quarters aside and cut the others into small cubes. Mix with the rum and marinate 20 minutes. Rinse the mint, spin dry and the leaves pluck from the stems.

Thinly slice the remaining pear quarters and sprinkle with lemon juice. Spoon the quark into 4 dessert bowls. Toss the pear cubes with the rum and scatter  over the top. Serve garnished with one mint leaf and a pear slice.
