2 Tbsps vegetable oil
250 grams Quinoa
1 onion
1 garlic clove
salt

1 bunch Chervil (finely chopped)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the pears, peel half into a spiral with a sharp knife, but do not completely remove the skin. Poach in a saucepan with the wine and the broth. Set aside and let cool.

2.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the quinoa. Reduce the heat and cook 15 minutes, then drain.

3.

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Peel the garlic and finely chop, sauté with the onion in oil, add the chervil and mix with the quinoa.

4.

Season everything with salt and pepper, place on plate, top with the pear and serve hot or cold.
