- 250 milliliters Celery juice
- 450 milliliters Buttermilk

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and dry the chervil, then coarsely chop. Add to the blender with the celery juice, and buttermilk. Puree with the blender, then season to taste with salt and pepper.

Pour the mixture into glasses, garnish with the chervil, and serve.
