- 300 milliliters Celery juice (health food, cold)
- 300 grams Buttermilk (cold)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Chervil (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the chervil, shake dry and chop coarsely. Mix well with the celery juice and the buttermilk in a blender.
