4 Bagel with poppy seeds (or poppy seed roll)
8 tsps grainy Mustard

150 grams Gorgonzola (Well chilled)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse pear, cut into quarters, remove core and cut into thin slices. Sprinkle pear slices with lemon juice.

2.

Heat oil in a frying pan and briefly saute pear slices in portions, pressing into bottom of the pan with a spatula.

3.

Cut bagels in half horizontally and spread with mustard cream. Cover with some lettuce leaves and pear slices.

4.

Cut gorgonzola into slices and place on pears. Cover with top half of bagel. Serve immediately.
