300 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
8 Tbsps milk
4 Tbsps grated Gouda
350 grams Cucumber
salt

1 tsp hot ground paprika
1 bunch Radish
2 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the four-grain flakes with the bran, the yogurt, the milk and the cheese.

2.

Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, dice and fold into the flakes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

3.

Rinse and trim the radishes and cut into slices.

Transfer the cereal to bowls, distribute the radishes over the top and serve garnished with chives.
