Pear and Cheese Skewers
Rinse the pears, remove the stem, cut in half lengthwise. Cut each half into 3 columns. With a knife or melon baller, remove the core and sprinkle the slices with lemon juice. Remove the gooseberries from the skin and rinse.
Cut the Gorgonzola into 12 rectangles and spear with a toothpick. Place a gooseberry and pear on the toothpick with the cheese.
To serve, place on a serving dish and serve with a cocktail.
