100 grams Gorgonzola
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 handful Arugula
40 grams Walnut

Preparation steps

Preheat the broiler.

Place the bread slices under the broiler and brown on one side.

Meanwhile, rinse and halve the pears and remove the cores. Dice the cheese and spread over the pear halves.

Turn the bread over, brush with olive oil and lay the pears on top. Put back under the broiler for 5-10 minutes until golden brown.

4.

Rinse the arugula, shake dry and pluck the leaves as small as desired. Coarsely chop the walnuts.

Remove the bread from the oven and serve garnished with arugula and nuts.
