- 8 Peaches
- 1 Orange
- ½ lemon
- 175 grams sugar
- 500 milliliters white wine
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 10 mint

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and peel peaches. Cut orange and lemon into thin slices. In a wide-mouthed saucepan, combine peaches with sugar and wine. Split vanilla bean lengthwise, scrape out seeds and add both seeds and bean to the pan. Float citrus slices on top. Cover and simmer over very low heat, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let peaches cool in syrup.

Arrange peaches and citrus slices on plates, top with syrup and serve garnished with mint.
