Ingredients

2 cans Tuna (in water)
4 large Tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
350 grams Spaghetti
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps olive oil
50 milliliters dry white wine
1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Drain tuna and chop coarsely. Blanch tomatoes in hot water briefly, rinse in cold water and peel, quarter and remove seeds, dice finely. Peel garlic and chop finely.

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Heat oil in a small pan and saute garlic briefly. Add diced tomatoes and wine and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 4-5 minutes, add tuna and parsley and mix well.  

4.

Drain pasta and arrange with tuna and tomato sauce on plates. Serve immediately.
