- 7 ozs Garganelli (or Penne)
- 4 ozs mixed Wild mushroom (such as chanterelle)
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 Zucchini flower
- 1 garlic clove (very finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps butter
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente in boiling salted water.
2.
Clean mushrooms and leave whole or cut in half depending on the size.
3.
Rinse zucchini, trim, cut lengthwise into slices, cut in half crosswise and cut into fine strips.
4.
Clean zucchini blossoms and cut into quarters.
5.
Sauté mushrooms in butter. Add garlic, zucchini and zucchini blossoms and sauté while stirring, about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add drained pasta with a little of the cooking water to the pan, toss with the vegetables, season to taste and serve on warmed plates.
