- 400 grams wide Tagliatelle
- shiitake mushrooms (300 grams)
- button Mushroom (300 grams)
- 2 shallots (finely chopped)
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- parsley (for garnishing)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions.

Clean mushrooms and chop coarsely.
3.
Heat olive oil in a pan and saute mushrooms and shallots on high heat briefly. Add peeled and squeezed garlic and saute for a few more minutes on low heat. Season with salt and pepper. Add drained pasta and toss well. Arrange on plates, sprinkle with parsley and season with coarse pepper, serve immediately.
