- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 400 grams mixed Ground meat
- 500 grams diced Tomatoes (canned)
- 150 milliliters dry Red wine
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 400 grams macaroni
- 50 grams freshly grated Parmesan
- Basil (for garnishing)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel shallot and garlic and chop finely. Heat oil in a saucepan and saute shallot and garlic until translucent. Add ground meat and cook until crumbly, stirring. Add tomatoes and saute briefly. Add wine and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Simmer for about 15 minutes on medium heat.

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and combine with meat sauce. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan. Garnish with basil and serve.
