3 Bell pepper (red, yellow and green)

1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons olive oil
400 grams mixed Ground meat
250 grams crushed tomatoes (canned)
150 milliliters Beef broth
400 grams Pasta shell
salt
2 stalks oregano

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and chop bell peppers. Peel onion and garlic and finely chop.

Heat oil in a pan. Add ground meat and cook until crumbly over high heat. Add onion, garlic and diced bell peppers and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes and broth and simmer for about 15 minutes over low to medium heat.

Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente.

Rinse oregano, shake dry and chop. Mix with the sauce and season with salt and pepper.

5.

Drain the pasta and divide among 4 plates with sauce.
