Pasta with Meat Sauce
Peel the onion and chop finely. Brown the mixed ground meat in hot oil until crumbly. Add the onion and saute briefly. Stir in the spice mixer and the canned tomatoes, with the liquid. Allow to simmer for about 15 minutes without a lid.
Cook the tortiglioni in salted water until al dente. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Remove the peel and dice. Mix with the lemon juice.
Stir the drained corn into the meat sauce. Season with salt and pepper and mix with the pasta. Sprinkle with the avocado. Serve as desired with grated cheese.
