Preparation steps

1.

Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.

Peel the garlic and chop finely. Finely chop the anchovies. Sauté the garlic in the olive oil and butter until light golden brown. Add the anchovies and the drained pasta (with a little pasta water if necessary) and stir. Finally, add the parsley and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Transfer to plates and serve sprinkled with parmesan.
