salt
150 grams Tuna (canned; in its own juice)
1 tsp Caper
20 grams dried Tomatoes
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Crème fraiche
1 Tbsp freshly chopped Fresh herbs (oregano and parsley)
salt
lemon juice
cayenne pepper
24 Walnut
Fresh herbs (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well.

2.

Drain tuna well and mix in a bowl with capers, tomatoes, peeled garlic, mayonnaise and sour cream. Puree with an immersion blender. Add herbs and season with salt, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Fill pasta with tuna mixture and serve garnished with walnuts and fresh herbs.
