50 sun-dried Tomatoes (in oil)
1 red onion
2 yellow Bell pepper
1 garlic clove
4 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the fusilli in boiling salted water until al dente. Reove from the water and drain thoroughly. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes, and coarsely chop. Peel, halve, and julienne the onion. Rinse and halve the peppers, then finely dice. Peel and finely dice the garlic.

Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, and parsley. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper. Mix the dressing with all the prepared salad ingredients. Toss to combine, season to taste, and serve.
