Pasta Salad with Cucumber and Cilantro Leaves

Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente, rinse and drain well.
Roast the sesame seeds in a hot pan until fragrant, let then cool.
Rinse cucumber, cut into thirds lengthwise and cut into thin slices. Peel the radish and cut into thin slices.
Rinse the cilantro, shake dry and chop coarsely.
Stir together the yogurt, tahini, broth, lemon juice and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix in the sesame seeds.
Mix all prepared ingredients with the dressing and serve garnished with cress.
