1 Cucumber
1 red chili pepper
3 sprigs cilantro
3 sprigs Garlic chive
2 centimeters ginger
4 Tbsps sunflower oil
2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

Rinse the cucumber, remove the ends, cut in half and slice lengthwise into thin slices. Rinse the chile, cut in half, remove the seeds and ribs and cut the chile into cubes. Rinse the cilantro and garlic cloves, shake dry and coarsely chop. Peel the ginger, cut into small cubes, cook in oil and let cool. Add the vinegar and lemon juice and stir. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the cucumbers. Mix in the chile and cilantro.

Arrange the salad on 4 plates. Serve with fresh white bread.
