- 1 packet chicken (frozen)
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
- 400 grams Farfalle
- 150 grams Peas (frozen)
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 sm can Corn
- 1 Tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
- 150 grams Sour cream
- lemons
- 3 Tbsps Whipped cream
- salt
- peppers
- 200 grams Cherry tomatoes (quartered)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook farfalle according to package instructions until al dente then drain.
2.
Blanch peas in boiling salted water with a pinch of sugar for about 4 minutes, drain and rinse under cold water.
3.
Mix heavy cream with sour cream, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper, stir in peas, corn, parsley and farfalle and let pasta salad sit to infuse.
4.
Fry poultry sticks in butter until golden brown according to package specifications and serve with pasta salad and quartered tomatoes.
