- 600 grams Chicken cutlet
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 2 eggs
- breadcrumbs
- Frying oil
- scallions (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Heat the frying pan.

Cut the chicken in halves depending on size, or thirds. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with flour. Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk together. Place the bread crumbs in a deep plate. Place the chicken one by one through the egg mixture first and then in the breadcrumbs. Fry the chicken nuggets in hot oil until golden and drain on paper towels. Garnish with scallions and serve on plates.
