24 ozs Whole Grain Pasta
Iodized salt (With fluoride)
22 ozs small Boiled potato (precooked and cooled)
2 Zucchini
1 onion
3 ozs rolled fillets of ham
3 Tbsps Canola oil
peppers
4 eggs
1 oz Chives (1 bunch)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta according to package directions in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain in a colander and drain.

Meanwhile, peel the jacket potatoes as desired and cut into thin slices. Clean the zucchini, wash and also cut into slices. Peel and chop the onion. Cut the ham into small cubes.

3.

Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add potato slices and fry for about 5-7 minutes over medium heat.

Add the diced onion, ham and zucchini slices and continue frying for about 5 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper. Add the pasta and toss.

5.

Crack eggs and add to pan as fried eggs, season with salt and pepper and let fry for about 3-4 minutes.

6.

Meanwhile, wash chives, shake dry, cut into rolls and sprinkle over the pasta-potato-egg pan.
