500 grams mixed Ground meat
1 kaiser roll (from the day before)
1 egg
100 grams Mangoes
1 tsp Curry powder
1 generous pinch Cumin (ground)
1 tsp ground paprika
5 Tbsps vegetable oil
300 grams Asian Egg noodle
Also:
1 garlic clove
2 red chili peppers
2 Tbsps sesame oil
200 milliliters Vegetable broth
2 Tbsps soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch

Preparation steps

Soak bread in lukewarm water, squeeze well, pick apart and mix well with meat, egg and spices. Chop mango pulp very finely and mix in, season with salt and pepper. Form little balls and fry in vegetable oil while turning for about 8 minutes. Keep meatballs warm.

Rinse chile peppers, cut lengthwise, remove the seeds and ribs and dice.

Peel garlic and sauté the chile cubes in a pan in sesame oil, pour in the vegetable broth and add the soy sauce. Simmer everything for about 10 minutes. Then mix in the cornflour in a little water, stir in the sauce, bring to a boil and let thicken. Season with salt and pepper. Add the meatballs and let heat.

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Serve pasta with meatballs and sauce in bowls.
