50 milliliters Sparkling wine
2 Tbsps honey
1 Orange (zested and juiced)
½ bunch mint

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the farfalle in boiling salted water until al dente, drain well and let cool. Rinse the strawberries, trim, pat dry and chop. Rinse the mint, shake dry, pluck the leaves and set aside for garnishing.

2.

Mix the sour cream with honey, sparkling wine and orange zest and juice (to taste). Mix the pasta just before serving with the dressing, strawberries and half the mint. Transfer to plates and garnish with the remaining mint.
