Preparation steps

1.

Combine cream cheese with cream and herbs, season with salt, pepper and a dash of lemon juice. Place mixture into a piping bag with a small tip and make rows on ham slices. Roll up into rolls.

2.

Place a large round cookie cutter (about 10 cm in diameter) (approximately 4 inches) onto a lined with baking paper baking sheet and spread thin, even layer of Parmesan into it. Make more cheese rings in the same manner until all cheese is used. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 5 minutes or until cheese melts and is bubbling and lightly golden brown. Remove from oven and cool briefly. Place ham roll inside cheese circles and roll up. Cool completely on a wire rack until crispy.

3.

Serve as a snack.
