2 Tbsps Lime juice

Preparation steps

Blanch the shrimp in salted water for about 1 minute, strain and drain well.

Rinse the chile, halve, trim and cut into very thin strips. Rinse the basil, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and chop coarsely. Combine the mayonnaise with sour cream and lime juice, season with salt and pepper. Mix in the basil, chile and shrimp, and season. Place about 1 tablespoon of shrimp mixture on the center of each slice of ham and roll. Set the rolls on a plate and serve.
