Preparation steps

Preheat grill.
2.
Rinse oysters under running water and open with oyster knife. Line top rack of grill with parchment paper and arrange oysters. Dice bacon and distribute over the oysters. Season with sea salt and tumeric. Grill until the bacon is crispy (about 5 minutes). Remove oysters from grill, sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.
