1 Tbsp Pine nuts
1 Tbsp Parmesan
lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Open oysters and place on crushed ice.

Pluck basil leaves and dill and finely chop. Puree with pine nuts, parmesan and olive oil. Add oil until it makes a thick pesto. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve about a teaspoon on the oysters, depending on the size.
