Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the cranberries, pat dry and arrange on 4 serving plates. Fry the bacon until crispy. 

2.

Rinse the oysters, open with an oyster knife and arrange over the cranberries. Place 1 piece of bacon over each oyster. Serve with the lemon slices.
