- 500 grams Tofu
- 2 Tbsps Peanut oil
- 150 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 100 grams button Mushroom
- 200 grams Oyster mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
- 1 bunch scallions
- soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- 4 centiliters Rice wine
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Preparation steps
1.
Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes.
2.
Wipe oyster mushrooms clean with a paper towel. Trim stems and slice mushrooms.
3.
Peel garlic and cut into thin slices.
4.
Rinse, trim and cut scallions crosswise into rings.
5.
Heat peanut oil in a wok. Add tofu and stir-fry until golden-brown, 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan. Add garlic, ginger and scallions to the wok and sauté briefly. And oyster mushrooms and stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Add vegetable broth, rice wine and tofu. Cover and simmer 4-5 minutes. Season to taste and serve with sesame oil, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
