4 medium potatoes (waxy, pre-cooked 15-20 min)
4 small Apple
3 Tbsps vegetable oil

½ tsp Sea salt

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onions. Halve or quarter potatoes. Prick apples several times with a fork.

2.

Line a baking sheet with oil and distribute the thyme, apples, onions, tomatoes and potatoes on it. Season with sea salt and pepper and bake at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 15-20 minutes.

3.

Arrange on a plate and serve drizzled with balsamic.
