- 500 grams medium sized Sweet potato
- Sesame and Caraway ( 2 tbsp each)
- 100 grams grated Gouda
- sunflower oil

Preparation steps
1.
Mix sesame and caraway seeds on a flat plate.
2.
Rinse and halve sweet potatoes. Press flat side of potato into sesame seed mixture to coat.
3.
Place sweet potatoes with seed-coated side up on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with a little sunflower oil.
4.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F, center rack) for about 35 minutes. Shortly before the end of baking time, sprinkle Gouda over potatoes and continue baking until cheese is melted and begins to brown. Serve with a green salad.
