1 Tbsp grated Lemon peel
1 stalk cinnamon
4 Tbsps Instant coffee
500 grams jam sugar (2:1)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse orange with hot water and cut into thin slices. Bring 1 liter (approximately 4 1/4 cups) water to a boil. Add lemon peel, cinnamon, coffee and orange slices. Stir in sugar and boil 4 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick and check to see if jelly has set.

Remove the pan from the heat. Immediately pour jelly with orange slices into prepared jars. Seal jars with lids and let cool. Refrigerate up to 3 weeks. Tip: To preserve the jelly longer, you will need to process the jars according to manufacturer's instructions, or visit http://nchfp.uga.edu/.
